Beachfront weddings, celebrations and dinners can be arranged The Lazy Coconut, Catch Beach Club, Shimmer Beachfront restaurant and Kalido; however, they are not permitted on public beaches.

Are the private pool suites completely private?

Our Duplex Lofts and Penthouse Lofts with private pools offer completely privacy.

Do you provide babysitting services?

Our front desk staff and Residence Host teams are happy to assist with babysitting information.

Does Twinpalms Phuket have a sister hotel?

Yes, our sister hotel, Twinpalms MontAzure, is located 10 minutes away on Kamala beach featuring beach front and sea view rooms.

Does Twinpalms Phuket have information on James Bond and Phi Phi Islands?

Yes, we operate our own luxury yacht to these destinations and more, as well as having contract partners for day trips.

How far is your hotel from Phuket International airport?

Our hotel is located around 30-45 minutes from Phuket International Airport. With our airport limousine service, you can ensure your arrival and departure is in the utmost comfort and style.

When are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 12pm noon. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to room availability upon arrival.

Is your hotel family friendly?

Whilst our hotel mainly caters to couples and friends, we do have accommodation options which are perfectly suitable for families or those with older children.

Does your hotel have interconnecting rooms?

Yes, we have 16 balcony connecting rooms with 2 or 3 bedrooms, as well as 2 bedroom Duplex and Penthouse Lofts with private pools.

Does your hotel offer a spa or massage service?

Yes, Palm Spa offers an extensive range of massages, treatments and therapies, and is open from 11am to 9pm daily.
